Refund policy

Return Policy:

1) If you do not like the product, you will have to inform us within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the product, by  raising a return request through mail or whatsapp support@deshbideshbengalsaree.com or whatsapp : 7001192874  

2)You would receive an approval mail from us within 24 hours.

3) pick up would be arranged for the same, and you would be sent a label to be attached on the package that has to be picked up.

4) Products have to be well packed with your order number and name on the package or inside the package.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at support@deshbideshbengalsaree.com mentioning your Order ID.

5)We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Items without the original tags will not be accepted

Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when the product is picked up.

6) No return and exchange request would be accepted at all, if the return/exchange request is raised after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Shipping and COD charges are non refundable.

7) Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received.

It usually takes us 10 days to receive the product, would appreciate your patience in this case.

You would be notified by us , once we receive your shipment.

8) Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR only would be refunded for reverse shipping .
